The release of Lust Stories 2 is a few weeks away but the story that has our heart as of now is the one featuring Tamannaah and Mrunal Thakur. Both the actresses will star in different sections of the upcoming Netflix anthology. Tamannaah is paired opposite Vijay Varma in the film, while Mrunal will co-star alongside Neena Gupta and Angad Bedi in Lust Stories 2 (more on that later). The video shared by the actresses features them lip-syncing to a popular audio meme template. Their ROFL expressions are cherry on the cake. The caption on the post read, “Just another lust story.”The post was filled with comments from fans and friends. Aparshakti Khurana dropped LOL emojis. Rapper Badshah dropped heart emojis. An Instagram user wrote, “You both should be paired opposite each other in Lust Stories 2“. Another one added, “Show me a better duo, I’ll wait.”

Lust Stories 2 is an anthology of four stories directed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma, Konkona Sen Sharma, R Balki and Sujoy Ghosh. The ensemble cast also includes Kajol, Vijay Varma, Angad Bedi, Tillotama Shome, Amruta Subhash, Neena Gupta and Kumud Mishra.
The first rendition of Lust Stories was directed by Karan Johar, Anurag Kashyap, Zoya Akhtar and Dibakar Banerjee. It was nominated in 2 categories at the 2019 International Emmys – Best TV Movie/Mini-Series and Best Actress for Radhika Apte. The film’s elaborate cast included Vicky Kaushal, Kiara Advani, Jaideep Ahlawat, Bhumi Pednekar, Manisha Koirala, Radhika Apte, Sanjay Kapoor, Neha Dhupia and Neil Bhoopalam.
