Meanwhile, Kajol was recently seen in the web series The Trial: Pyaar Kaanoon Dhokha. The Hotstar Special is a Hindi adaptation of the American courtroom drama The Good Wife. It is jointly produced by Banijay Asia and Ajay Devgn FFilms. Kajol plays the role of Nayanika Sengupta. The Trial also stars Jisshu Sengupta, Gaurav Pandey, Sheeba Chaddha, and Kubbra Sait in pivotal roles.
Kajol’s performance in the series has been appreciated by fans and critics alike.
