Parineeti Chopra has shared inside footage from her engagement to AAP chief Raghav Chadha final weekend. The Shuddh Desi Romance actress posted a set of photographs from the Sikh ardaas that passed off in New Delhi’s Kapurthala House on May 13. The footage present the couple, wearing white, being blessed by the pinnacle of the Akal Takht and listening to the shabads being sung. Parineeti captioned the submit: “Felt surreal to be blessed by the Jathedar of the Akal Takht Sahib, Singh Sahib Giani Harpreet Singh Ji. His sacred presence at our engagement meant every thing to us.”
In the feedback thread, Parineeti’s brother Shivang drew consideration to their father Pawan Chopra wiping his eyes within the third image: “An informal Papa tearing up within the background is the spotlight.”

The grand engagement ceremony was attended by Parineeti’s cousin Priyanka Chopra, who flew in from Los Angeles, and designer Manish Malhotra, who created the bride-to-be’s look. Raghav Chadha invited his AAP colleagues Arvind Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann, chief ministers of Delhi and Punjab respectively, and political leaders like P Chidambaram of the Congress and Derek O’Brien of the Trinamool Congress.
After the engagement, the couple shared matching posts on social media. Parineeti’s caption learn: “Everything I prayed for… I mentioned sure!”
Parineeti and Raghav have been making headlines these final couple of months after being noticed on a dinner date after which variously at airports and eating places.
Parineeti Chopra was final seen within the movie Uunchai. Her lineup consists of Chamkila and The Great Indian Rescue.
