During a recent appearance on the Best Friend Energy podcast, Kristin discussed how she’s never been married and how her own lifestyle doesn’t quite mirror her famous fictional character’s way of being.

“We have very different lifestyles, you know?” she said while discussing Charlotte’s whole vibe. “I’m not married. I’ve never been married.”
“It’s not my thing,” she explained while talking about why she’s never gotten married. “I was never focused on it. It was never, like, a goal, let’s say.”
When podcast co-host Joanna Teplin pointed out that marriage is “Charlotte’s whole thing,” Kristin laughed and said that getting in the marital mindset for work “took some acting.”
“I would stress out on those days, where I would have a paragraph on a page of all…the rules and the marriage and the whatnot, and oh my God, I would just be like, ‘How am I going to do this and make it real and believable?’”
