Aespa‘s NingNing has gained attention after her reaction to seeing an old friend on the Chinese survival show she is currently a mentor on.

Yet, what was more shocking to fans was this wasn’t just any contestant… but someone NingNing is friends with. The aespa singer revealed that she had known Bao Wei Er (English name Will) for a long time, and even sang with each other. However, she didn’t let it cloud her judgment.

Although it isn’t certain, a video then circulated on TikTok, which allegedly shows the playful behavior the two friends had in the past. According to the video, the clip came from 2015 and showed the contestant teasing NingNing.
When the video was posted, netizens couldn’t get over the cute interaction between the two friends.
