Upcoming movie “The Moon” has shared new stills of EXO’s D.O.!
Produced by director Kim Yong Hwa, the mastermind behind the “Along With the Gods” collection, “The Moon” will inform the story of an astronaut left alone in house and one other man on Earth who’s desperately making an attempt to save lots of him.
EXO’s D.O. performs astronaut Hwang Sun Woo, a molecular physics main and former Underwater Demolition Team (UDT) soldier who joins Korea’s first manned spacecraft because the youngest member. But when an surprising photo voltaic wind strikes the spacecraft and kills Hwang Sun Woo’s companions, he will get stranded in house over 384,000 kilometers away from Earth.
The newly launched stills present a contrasting appearances of astronaut Sun Woo who’s on a lunar exploration mission. In a harmful scenario the place his survival is unsure, Sun Woo decides to go to the moon to finish a mission, having fun with the joys of being the primary Korean astronaut to set foot on the moon. However, that’s when the surprising hardships start.
After starring within the “Along With the Gods” collection, D.O. is now reuniting with director Kim Yong Hwa for the second time. Talking about his upcoming character in “The Moon,” D.O. revealed, “I targeted on expressing the worry, terror, and loneliness that Sun Woo will need to have felt whereas stranded and alone in house.”
Praising D.O.’s detailed portrayal of Sun Woo’s advanced emotions whereas on the moon, director Kim Yong Hwa shared, “Since ‘Along With the Gods,’ I believed he had already been performing for about 10 years.” He continued, “He portrayed the emotional scenes brilliantly whereas sporting an especially heavy house go well with in the course of summer time in a spot with not a lot air or wind circulation. That is one thing that deserves tons of applause.”
