EXO Achieves 7th Highest 1st-Week Sales Of Any Male Artist In Hanteo History With “EXIST”

-

EXO is soaring to new heights with their long-awaited group comeback!

Last week, EXO made their first group comeback in over two years with their new full-length album “EXIST” on July 10. By the end of the day, the album had already sold over 1 million copies, breaking EXO’s previous first-week sales record of 902,210 (set by their 2021 special album “DON’T FIGHT THE FEELING“) on just its first day of sales alone.

Hanteo Chart has now reported that “EXIST” went on to sell an impressive total of 1,562,649 copies in the first week of its release (July 10 to 16), nearly doubling EXO’s previous record.

EXO is now the male artist with the seventh-highest first-week sales in Hanteo history, following Stray Kids, SEVENTEEN, BTS, TXT, ZEROBASEONE, and NCT DREAM.

Meanwhile, EXO dominated Billboard’s Hot Trending Songs chart this week, sweeping the top four spots and seven of this week’s top 20 songs with tracks from “EXIST.” Both the album and its title track “Cream Soda” also topped iTunes charts all over the world immediately upon their release last week.

Congratulations to EXO on their successful comeback!
