The thirty ninth Annual Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony kicked off on Saturday to honor inductees Cher, Mary J. Blige, Ozzy Osbourne, Foreigner, Kool & the Gang, Dave Matthews Band, A Tribe Called Quest, and the style was legendary.
The Musical Excellence Award honorees included MC5, Dionne Warwick, and Norman Whitfield. The Musical Influence Award honorees included John Mayall, Alexis Korner, and Big Mama Thornton. Suzanne de Passe obtained the Ahmet Ertegun Award.
