ITZY‘s Ryujin and Yuna guest starred on the second episode of MONSTOP TRIP, hosted by MONSTA X‘s Shownu and Hyungwon. When they discussed the topic of alcohol, Ryujin surprised Hyungwon with her unexpected drinking habit.
Tapping into his travel agent persona St. Michael, Hyungwon offered Ryujin a few places she could visit in France. She surprised him by wanting to add the liquor department store as a destination.
Naturally, Hyungwon asked Ryujin, “What kind of liquor do you like?”
Since France is well-known for wine, she shocked Hyungwon by answering, “Distilled beverages.” Though he was taken aback, Hyungwon remained professional by asking for her favorites.
Ryujin confirmed she liked soju and “Western liquor.” Hyungwon still hadn’t processed her unexpected answer, though.
As Hyungwon laughed again, he complimented Ryujin on having “good taste” in the alcohol she drinks. She accepted the high praise from her senior.
Even if Ryujin travels overseas to a country that celebrates wine, she still won’t give up her drinking habit of seeking out distilled liquor.
