Greta Gerwig‘s live-action film Barbie has created a buzz since its first iconic trailer was released on May 25.
Since then, impactful marketing and the star-studded cast have made it a highly-anticipated release and lead actress Margot Robbie is already receiving VIP treatment in Korea.
Margot Robbie and lead actor Ryan Gosling announced that they would both be visiting Korea for the first time on July 2 and 3 to promote the upcoming film.
They are expected to be joined by director Greta Gerwig and actress America Ferrera for their visit.

Margot Robbie has fully embraced her role as the iconic fashion doll Barbie and is walking marketing for the movie.
The actress was spotted in Sydney, Australia, in an all-pink, sporty outfit for her flight to Korea.
Once she landed in Korea, she transformed from her comfortable designer clothes into a perfectly tailored, coordinated baby pink outfit.
Margot Robbie wore a two-piece Moschino skirt set with matching heart-shaped sunglasses for the ultimate Barbie look.
Like with arrivals from Korea’s top celebrities, Margot Robbie was surrounded by security and Korean media and had fans eagerly waiting for autographs from the global star.
