NCT DREAM absolutely dominated Billboard’s latest Hot Trending Songs chart with their new album!
On July 25 local time, Billboard announced that NCT DREAM had scored their first-ever No. 1 on its Hot Trending Songs chart, which ranks songs based on global music-related trends and conversations in real time across Twitter.
Not only did NCT DREAM’s B-side “Blue Wave” top this week’s chart, but all of the newly released tracks from the group’s new album “ISTJ“—barring their pre-release song “Broken Melodies,” which dropped ahead of the rest of the album last month—landed in the top 20.
As a result, NCT DREAM wound up claiming a whopping nine out of this week’s top 20 spots on the chart: “Blue Wave” debuted at No. 1, “Like We Just Met” at No. 5, “Pretzel” at No. 7, “Yogurt Shake” at No. 9, “Skateboard” at No. 11, “Walk With You” at No. 14, “Poison” at No. 15, “Starry Night” at No. 17, and “ISTJ” at No. 20.
