The catchy melody immediately caught the eye of many. Netizens were hyped up with the refreshing, unique beat.

Netizens’ reactions. | theqoo
  • The song is f*cking good…?
  • I think the song feels so-so because the quality of the audio is so bad. It will be super good with a stacked system.
  • Seeing how people are reacting to NewJeans this time around too, I think they really brought something new.
  • I f*cking love it.
  • The song is normal and so-so. There’s no part that is memorable.
  • I think it is fine. I like it because it doesn’t sound like typical pop songs.
  • It is an exciting song befitting of the season. I like it.

“ETA” will be one of the three title tracks the girls will promote. “Super Shy” and “Cool With You” are the other title songs. The triple title style follows NewJeans’ debut promotions with “Cookie,” “Hype Boy,” and “Attention.” Stay tuned for the launch on July 21!
