Bigg Boss OTT 2: Jiya Shankar Plays A Prank On Elvish Yadav, Calls Him “Dumb”

Bigg Boss OTT 2 contestant Jiya Shankar’s latest act inside the house came as a shock to her fans. The TV actress added liquid hand wash to water before offering it to housemate Elvish Yadav. It all started when Elvish, as a part of a task, asked contestants to obey his commands. In the recent episode, Elvish is seen asking Jiya to bring some water for him. Jiya — who was not willing to participate from the beginning — rushes to the kitchen area and adds liquid soap to the water before handing it over to Elvish. While the YouTuber drinks it, Jiya is seen making fun of him in front of Avinash Sachdev. She says, “He [Elvish] is so dumb. The hand wash is floating and he is drinking from it.” To this, Avinash asks, “What did you mix? You should have mixed salt.” 

Then Elvish Yadav realises that there is something wrong with the water. He confronts Jiya Shankar,  “Sach batao, kya dala hai.. piyo isse (Tell me honestly, what have you added. Now, drink this.)” Jiya, in her defence, replies, “Kisi ne theek se dhoya nahi hoga, main jhoota nahi peeti kisika [The glass wasn’t rinsed properly. I don’t drink from someone else’s glass].”

Later, in the day,  Pooja Bhatt, Jad Hadid and Elvish Yadav were seen sitting in the lounge area and talking about Jiya Shankar. Elvish said, “Yeh (Jiya Shankar) toh zeher deke maar degi mujhe [Jiya Shankar will poison me to death]”. 

Before this, Jiya Shankar’s decision during a task left Jad Hadid disappointed. After the heated argument, Jiya told Jad, “I don’t have a father and I know what it means. I never called someone father and I have never given that position to anyone in my life and I gave it to you [Jad]. You have a daughter and I don’t have a father, that’s the difference. Shankar is not my father’s name. Shankar is not my last name. I don’t use my father’s name.”
