The Vaccine War trailer, which had been eagerly anticipated, was unveiled on Tuesday. The movie stars Anupam Kher, Nana Patekar, Sapthami Gowda, and Pallavi Joshi in lead roles. It is reportedly the first bio-science film made in India and is based on a true story. The struggle of Indian scientists during the COVID-19 pandemic is depicted in the trailer.

The scientists’ incredible journey to create India’s first COVID-19 vaccine is shown in the trailer, with Nana Patekar playing the head scientist. These scientists deal with challenges like tight budget constraints and negative media narratives. In the trailer, it was also revealed that many women scientists were working on the vaccine.

Anupam Kher portrays the role of PM. Raima Sen, portraying the role of a journalist, seeks to damage the image of both the government and the indigenous vaccination. Additionally, there are scenes in the trailer that refer to lines from the Mahabharat.

Several people have expressed excitement for the movie on social media in response to the trailer. One stated, “Now I realise why everyone’s eyes were full of tears after watching this movie. It’s an emotion which came directly from the bottom of the heart. Bharat can do it.” Another one said, “Thank you to Vivek Agnihotri ji for showing the effort of Indian scientists and the Indian government and exposing the anti-national people.”

The teaser for The Vaccine War that the creators previously posted was well-received. A special movie screening was held in the US to launch their film campaign, and it was greeted with a standing ovation.

Pallavi Joshi and I Am Buddha produced the film. On September 28, the movie will be available in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi.
